The award ceremony will take place on May 22 during a gala held as part of the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), one of the leading industry events in Spain.<\/p>\n
This 22nd edition has set a new participation record, with over 120 entries submitted. Nearly one hundred real estate professionals served as jury members, evaluating the proposals and selecting the finalists and winners. The categories cover initiatives in free-market housing, affordable housing, non-residential projects, urban regeneration, urban development, marketing campaigns, ESG, business innovation, training, startups, and new housing models such as coliving and senior living.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]In the \u201cOutstanding Professional of the Year\u201d category, Juan Antonio G\u00f3mez-Pintado, Chairman of V\u00eda \u00c1gora, was recognized for his role in promoting sustainability and the professionalization of the real estate sector. Rosa Gallego, CEO of Q-Living Real Estate, was also honored for her contribution to the development of affordable rental housing models.<\/p>\n
In the \u201cImproving the Image of the Sector\u201d category, the award went to Miguel Pereda, Executive Chairman of Grupo Lar, for his leadership of a company active across various segments of the real estate market and his involvement in social and sustainability initiatives.<\/p>\n
The \u201cInternational Urban Regeneration Project Mention\u201d was awarded to Wildgarten Quartier in Vienna for its collaborative approach to urban design, which brought together public entities, developers, cooperatives, and citizens in a shared planning process.<\/p>\n
Among the shortlisted projects across different categories are developments such as Residencial Zaurak and Silver Tower in the free-market housing category; \u201cMarqu\u00e9s de Viana\u201d Towers and Quatre Carreres Urban in affordable housing; and the Esplugues campus and the Ruiz Picasso 11 building in the non-residential category. In urban regeneration, standout projects include Madnum (M\u00e9ndez \u00c1lvaro 61) and the Pe\u00f1askal Special Plan. In business innovation, initiatives such as HUBE, Almond, and Pryconsa\u2019s automation of horizontal property title registration were selected.<\/p>\n
The selected proposals also include marketing campaigns like \u201cMonopoly x Gilmar\u201d and training programs such as Pryconsa\u2019s \u201cComprehensive Training in AI and Digital Transformation.\u201d In the field of new housing formats, developments such as Nido Pr\u00edncipe P\u00edo and Suiters Alicante stand out.<\/p>\n
