We are an investment management firm specialized in the investment and management of real estate assets, with a focus on the Build-to-Rent sector in Spain. We strive for maximum efficiency in the use of our investors’ capital and create value through active management driven by passion for what we do. Q-Living II

Q-Living was the capital manager of the first real estate investment vehicle exclusively dedicated to the development of affordable Build-to-Rent assets in Spain, named ‘Tectum Real Estate Investments.’ The vehicle was primarily funded by private capital from national and international family offices.

Tectum invested the entirety of its capital in the development of seven new protected residential housing assets in the Community of Madrid, creating a portfolio of over 900 homes.

The portfolio of assets was sold to the insurer AXA in May 2020, representing the most significant Build-to-Rent housing transaction by asset volume executed in Spain to date.

First fund regulated by the CNMV managed by Q-Living, dedicated to investing in Build-to-Rent assets in the Community of Madrid.

The vehicle is funded by private capital from national family offices.

Q-Living I has a portfolio of 347 homes distributed across five mainly protected housing assets. All of the fund’s investments are focused on the Community of Madrid.

Second fund regulated by the CNMV managed by Q-Living, dedicated to investing in Build-to-Rent assets in the Community of Madrid and major Spanish cities.

The objective of Q-Living is to promote the development and increase of professionally managed rental housing stock in the geographical areas where we are present. In this way, we seek to cover the exceptional demand for affordable rental housing that currently exists.
