The award ceremony will be held on May 22 at SIMA, with more than 500 real estate professionals in attendance.

The Madrid Association of Real Estate Developers (ASPRIMA) and Planner Exhibitions have announced the list of finalists in the eleven competitive categories, as well as the winners of the three special distinctions of the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2025 Awards. The award ceremony will take place on May 22 during a gala held as part of the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA), one of the leading industry events in Spain.
This 22nd edition has set a new participation record, with over 120 entries submitted. Nearly one hundred real estate professionals served as jury members, evaluating the proposals and selecting the finalists and winners. The categories cover initiatives in free-market housing, affordable housing, non-residential projects, urban regeneration, urban development, marketing campaigns, ESG, business innovation, training, startups, and new housing models such as coliving and senior living.
In the “Outstanding Professional of the Year” category, Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado, Chairman of Vía Ágora, was recognized for his role in promoting sustainability and the professionalization of the real estate sector. Rosa Gallego, CEO of Q-Living Real Estate, was also honored for her contribution to the development of affordable rental housing models.
In the “Improving the Image of the Sector” category, the award went to Miguel Pereda, Executive Chairman of Grupo Lar, for his leadership of a company active across various segments of the real estate market and his involvement in social and sustainability initiatives.
The “International Urban Regeneration Project Mention” was awarded to Wildgarten Quartier in Vienna for its collaborative approach to urban design, which brought together public entities, developers, cooperatives, and citizens in a shared planning process.
Among the shortlisted projects across different categories are developments such as Residencial Zaurak and Silver Tower in the free-market housing category; “Marqués de Viana” Towers and Quatre Carreres Urban in affordable housing; and the Esplugues campus and the Ruiz Picasso 11 building in the non-residential category. In urban regeneration, standout projects include Madnum (Méndez Álvaro 61) and the Peñaskal Special Plan. In business innovation, initiatives such as HUBE, Almond, and Pryconsa’s automation of horizontal property title registration were selected.
The selected proposals also include marketing campaigns like “Monopoly x Gilmar” and training programs such as Pryconsa’s “Comprehensive Training in AI and Digital Transformation.” In the field of new housing formats, developments such as Nido Príncipe Pío and Suiters Alicante stand out.
